We are so glad to hear that you are interested in employment with us. When you sign up to work with us you are hired on as your own contractor. You would be allowed to advertise on our website. We supply you with the templates to advertise and the necessary applications. All you have to do is print your own. If someone is looking for a pet sitter in your area we will contact you with their information. We assign you members according to what you are employed for. We do not pay you and because you are using our templates we require a percentage of compensation. It is only 10% of your total income for every member account. We do occasional employee luncheons which we gladly pay for. We also put your information on our website. Basically, you are advertised through us.
